1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the directCRM service, including the website at directcrm.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using directCRM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including trial users and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
directCRM is cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provided as a service (SaaS). The service is accessed via a web browser — no software installation is required. Features include contact and company management, activity tracking, a sales pipeline, follow-up calendar, quotes and proposals, team collaboration tools, custom fields, email templates, reports, and data import/export.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your use of the service.
3. Account Registration
To use directCRM you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain one account per user — accounts may not be shared between multiple individuals.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
- Notify us immediately at hello@directcrm.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features and support for up to 5 users. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the 14-day period, the account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. We will send you an email reminder before the trial ends so you have time to decide. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
5. Subscription and Payment
directCRM is available on the following plans:
- Monthly plan: $15 per user per month, billed monthly.
- Annual plan: $10 per user per month, billed annually (a savings of approximately 33%).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will be charged the applicable fee at the start of each renewal period. Adding users mid-cycle will result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period.
All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time in an annual subscription.
After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export it. After those 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use directCRM to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or conduct any form of mass unsolicited outreach.
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
- Share login credentials with other individuals or allow multiple people to use a single user account.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with the service's operation or degrade performance for other users.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. All contacts, activities, deals, notes, and other content you enter into directCRM remain your property. We process your data on your behalf solely to provide the service.
You can export all your data at any time in CSV or Excel format from within the application. We will never use your customer data for our own commercial purposes or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, measured on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced by email and/or in-app notice with reasonable advance notice whenever possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
10. Intellectual Property
directCRM owns all intellectual property rights in the software, design, trademarks, and content that make up the service. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of those rights to you.
You retain all rights to your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- directCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address on your account at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page.
If you continue to use the service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with the new Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
